- Please note fee structures for teams and players on Fees for CSAN.
They must both be completed (electronically or hand written), signed, and mailed to the PSL office along with the appropriate checks. If there is any question, feel free to contact us.
- Our team roster is available as either PDF (updated Sept 26 ‘07) and can be completed electronically and turned in to the referee.
